1. About FightCaller
FightCaller is a fight reminder and event-tracking service designed to help users follow MMA and similar combat sports events, choose specific bouts, and receive alerts or related information.
FightCaller is an informational convenience tool. It is not an official event organizer, broadcaster, bookmaker, league operator, or guaranteed source of live timing data.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use FightCaller only in compliance with applicable law, app store rules, and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer the service except where prohibited by law, or use FightCaller to violate the rights of others.
3. Accounts, Permissions, and Notifications
Some features may require device permissions, including notifications, network access, or local settings. If those permissions are disabled, some features may not work correctly.
FightCaller uses reasonable efforts to deliver reminders, but alert timing depends on factors outside our control, including event pacing, changes to fight cards, device settings, network conditions, operating system behavior, and third-party services.
4. Event Data and Timing Disclaimer
Fight schedules, bout order, event timing, cancellations, delays, and broadcast windows can change without notice. FightCaller may rely on third-party or estimated timing signals and does not guarantee that any event information is complete, current, or perfectly accurate.
You are responsible for confirming the timing of any event you care about. FightCaller is intended to assist, not replace, your own judgment.
5. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Premium Access
FightCaller may offer paid plans, subscriptions, one-time upgrades, or promotional access. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are also subject to the rules of the platform through which you purchased access, such as Apple or Google.
Unless FightCaller explicitly states otherwise in the product at the time of sale, premium access means access to specified features, such as additional alarm rights, expanded reminder functionality, or similar in-app benefits. Premium access is not automatically a promise that all advertising, sponsorships, house ads, announcements, or promotional placements will be removed.
We may change, add, remove, or repackage features included in free or paid tiers over time, so long as we do not violate applicable law or mandatory platform rules.
6. Lifetime Access
If FightCaller offers a "lifetime" package, that term means access for the commercial life of the applicable FightCaller product offering, not necessarily for your natural lifetime or the indefinite future.
If the app, a paid tier, a major feature set, or the underlying service is discontinued, sunset, removed from an app store, materially changed, suspended, or can no longer be supported for business, legal, technical, platform, or operational reasons, FightCaller is not obligated to continue providing the discontinued offering forever.
Except where required by applicable law or mandatory app store rules, discontinuation of the app or service does not create an automatic right to a refund, credit, or replacement for a lifetime purchase.
7. Ads, Sponsorships, and Promotions
FightCaller may display advertising, sponsorships, cross-promotions, affiliate links, or house promotions now or in the future. Unless a specific purchase expressly says it removes certain advertising, you agree that the presence of ads or promotions does not by itself mean a paid plan has been breached.
8. Intellectual Property
The FightCaller name, branding, app design, text, graphics, software, and related content are owned by or licensed to FightCaller and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
9. Third-Party Services
FightCaller may depend on third-party infrastructure, analytics, notification systems, hosting providers, app stores, ad networks, or payment platforms. We are not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, or failures caused by those third parties.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FightCaller is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, always available, or fully accurate for every event and device.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FightCaller and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or missed events resulting from your use of the service.
If liability cannot be fully excluded, FightCaller's total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to FightCaller for the relevant service during the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, including to address abuse, legal requirements, platform obligations, technical risk, or business needs.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted on this page unless otherwise stated. Continued use of FightCaller after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
